Business Leadership
Strategy, operations, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, commercialization, organizational problem-solving, and translating business objectives into executable initiatives.
Antonio “Tony” Sabarez II
I work at the intersection of business, finance, technology, and innovation.
I'm Antonio “Tony” Sabarez II, a Technology & Business Transformation Leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning business leadership, enterprise systems, financial and operational analysis, business intelligence, product development, software architecture, innovation, and hands-on technology execution.
My career has never fit neatly into a single box—and that has become one of my greatest strengths. I have worked from both sides of the table: as a business and technology leader responsible for strategy, operations, financial planning, products, partnerships, and organizational decisions, and as a hands-on architect and engineer capable of designing and building the systems needed to execute those decisions.
Technology is a tool. The objective is solving the business problem.
Professional range
Strategy, operations, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, commercialization, organizational problem-solving, and translating business objectives into executable initiatives.
Forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, KPI development, management reporting, financial modeling, operational analytics, and turning financial and business data into decision support.
Identifying problems worth solving, defining product vision and requirements, prioritizing capabilities, designing workflows and user experiences, and moving ideas toward usable and commercially viable products.
Enterprise and solution architecture, ERP and business systems, databases, data integration, APIs, AI architecture, cloud infrastructure, security considerations, connected technologies, and modernization.
Hands-on development across software, data, analytics, AI, mobile applications, automation, integrations, testing, deployment, and production-oriented systems.
I also incorporate modern AI coding agents and agentic software-development tools into a disciplined workflow while retaining human ownership of system design, technical decisions, review, validation, security, and production readiness.
Execution capacity
The emergence of AI coding agents has significantly expanded my execution capacity. I use these technologies as part of a disciplined engineering workflow—not as a substitute for architecture, engineering judgment, or accountability.
I remain responsible for understanding the business problem, defining requirements, making product decisions, designing the solution architecture, establishing technical direction, reviewing implementation, validating functionality, testing, addressing security and operational considerations, and determining when a solution is ready to move forward.
AI has expanded what I can personally execute. It has not replaced the expertise required to execute it responsibly.
Inventor perspective
Innovation has been a recurring part of my professional career. I am a named inventor on multiple U.S. patent applications and two issued U.S. patents, with inventions spanning supply-chain traceability, product authentication, workforce performance systems, geolocation, agricultural workflow technology, communications automation, and accessibility technology.
My intellectual-property work reflects the same approach I bring to transformation: start with a meaningful real-world problem, understand the operational and user requirements, identify where existing approaches fall short, and design a practical solution. Patent-confidential implementations, proprietary architectures, trade secrets, unpublished inventions, and other protected information remain confidential.

Operating across disciplines
One of the most important things I bring to an organization is the ability to operate between disciplines that are often separated. I am equally comfortable discussing a business problem with executives and stakeholders, analyzing its financial and operational implications, translating it into requirements and architecture, and working directly with the technology needed to build the solution.
That ability to connect strategy, finance, operations, product, innovation, architecture, and engineering execution is central to how I approach transformation.
TS2Dev
That is ultimately what TS2Dev represents. TS2 is me—Antonio “Tony” Sabarez II. Dev is Developments. And “Developments” means more to me than software development: the development of businesses, systems, products, processes, analytics, intelligence, intellectual property, technology, and solutions.
TS2Dev brings together the disciplines that have shaped my professional career rather than forcing them into separate identities. It represents my ability to analyze, envision, architect, build, and improve.
Understand the problem.
Connect the right disciplines.
Design the right solution.
Build what is needed.
Measure the results.
Keep improving.
I want technology to serve the business—not the other way around.
